For over ten years, we have helped companies find the right talent and job seekers discover new opportunities in working life.

Kaiku HR’s name and logo were inspired by Ville Vallgren’s sculpture Kaiku (Echo), completed in 1887. The listening figure in the sculpture reflects an idea that is fundamental to us: understanding begins with listening.

Ever since our very first year of operation, we have believed that successful recruitment is built on trust, transparency, and genuine human connection. These same principles continue to guide our operations today.

We believe that successful recruitment is much more than comparing resumes. It is about understanding people, expertise, and company needs. That is why we want to truly get to know both our clients and job seekers — only then can we find solutions that work in the long run.

Our operations are founded on responsibility, transparency, and keeping our promises. We want to be a partner that both companies and employees can rely on.

In addition to Finland, we have our own operations in India, enabling responsibly executed international recruitments when talent cannot be found locally. Thanks to our own local experts, we know the market and can deliver high-quality recruitment throughout the entire process.

The Kaiku HR corporate family also includes Echo Engineering an engineering firm. Together, we are able to provide our clients with solutions for both recruitment and demanding technical expertise needs.

For us, success means that a company finds the right talent and an employee finds a workplace where they can build their future.

Knowing people is our business.[/et_pb_text][/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=”1_2″ specialty_columns=”2″ _builder_version=”4.16″ custom_padding=”|||” global_colors_info=”{}” custom_padding__hover=”|||”][et_pb_row_inner _builder_version=”4.27.7″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_column_inner saved_specialty_column_type=”1_2″ module_class=”background–column border–only” _builder_version=”4.27.7″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_heading title=”Kaiku HR” _builder_version=”4.27.8″ _module_preset=”default” title_level=”h3″ global_colors_info=”{}”][/et_pb_heading][et_pb_text module_class=”custom–bullets” _builder_version=”4.27.8″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”]
