GENERAL

We are looking for CONTRACT CLOSURE ORDER MANAGERS to our customer company at Olkiluoto 3.

Within the Supply Chain Project Department, the main mission of the Order Manager is to manage relationships with suppliers

Tasks:

Management of Emergency Diesel Generator going contract:
- Organize and ensure leadership of weekly meeting with the supplier MAN Germany
- Issue the minute meeting
- Allocate actions to other project stakeholders(maintenance, commissioning....) and follow that Areva answers on due time to request from supplier
- Monitor with the help of expeditor that the forecasted delivery of spare parts happen on time with the relevant documentation

Member of the contract closure team:
- Analyze the contracts allocated based on the contract closure procedure
- Populate the contract closure tool database and ensure follow up of on going actions
- Handle in transversal mode with supplier Doc. check team and engineering difficult issues that could happen to reach closure status

Provide legal support to Supply Chain department:
- Writing official channel
- Provide support for ongoing claim

Skills required:

- Business or management degree
- Experience in contractual and commercial negotiations
- Pro activity
- Autonomy
- Analytical mind
- Fluent English


Starting ASAP, and for a duration of 6 months, possible extension.
